"Indi has had some health problems over the years, including having colic surgery and, latterly, an un-expected bout of laminitis which drove a weight loss programme to help her recover and prevent more attacks. As a result her shape has changed dramatically and her old saddle just wasn't fitting her. Happily, she is now fit and well and in full work, enjoying dressage and hacking with Beverly and being jumped occasionally by "someone younger and bolder than me!" Beverly is slim and lightly built, so James suggested she consider a made to measure saddle based on a pony GP, which Beverly uses for hacking. "In the light of Indi's previous problems, James' attention to detail was second to none. The saddle was made to measure for us both - even incorporating a few extra little details like the contrast piping round the seams to give it that extra bit of "wow" factor. It was thoroughly checked when it was fitted and James returned after 10 weeks to re-check it - adjusting the flocking without charge to ensure it remains a perfect fit. As a rider in my early 60's, I feel completely confident riding in the finished product and we've never looked back."
