"I saw an advert for Barnsby collars in Horse Deals and had a look online straight away. I was really pleased to find such a lovely range of quality collars at such reasonable prices. The website was very easy to use, but there was a query over the size of the collar I wanted. I received a very informative and friendly email from Kate, who wanted to check that the details of my order were correct. I gave her the exact measurement of my dogs neck and not only did she continue to make the collars to my dogs exact size, she also rushed the order through so that the delay in ordering did not slow down receiving the collars. When they came I was absolutely delighted with them, not only are they of the very best quality, but they fit my Pippin so exactly I couldn't ask for any more. She wears them every day across muddy fields in any weather and they still look as good as new. The service I received from Barnsby was above and beyond what I expected and they were an absolute delight to deal with, my one small complaint is that I want them to do more colours so that I can buy even more!!! Huge thanks to Kate and all the team at Barnsby for such a wonderful service."
